The Republicans and the Media need to understand the difference.

"Well, if you're gonna to investigate Trump, you have to investigate Biden".

No, you don't!

There is evidence from a whistleblower that there was some very disturbing information between the White House and the Ukraine president on a phone call. In fact, the IC IG agreed with the whistleblower that it was "URGENT" and a threat to our national security.

There is no such evidence in the rumors instigated by Trump and Giuliani and the Republican Party.

Give us facts. Don't give us rumors.

Ask yourself: Where is the evidence?

The media should know better by now.

3. Hearsay is a term of art. It does not mean rumor. The actual definition of hearsay is

an out of court statement used to prove the truth of the matter asserted.

In addition, there are numerous exceptions to the prohibition against hearsay: An excited utterance; a dying declaration; a statement against interest by a party opponent, and others.
