All I heard from people who have experience with such phone calls was, it's not a word for word transcript that is taken down. It's capturing the salient points.

If, for some reason, the trump* administration IS taping these conversations and creating actual word for word transcripts, I'd feel much more comfortable hearing that tape.

over the top personality. Either this is a completely fake summary, cooked up by trump himself, or Zelensky really is a trump clone, or Zelensky has mastered the performance art required to deal with narcissistic strongmen.
