3. Don't need Abramson to repeat the obvious. The transcript/memorandum is clear that trump

solicited help and implied assistance depends on it.

Obviously, I'm not an Abramson fan. Now, if he predicted this months ago, I might listen to him in the future. But don't think he did.

5. I guess it took a national security related crime to grab the media's attention

And therefore, the attention of the majority of the American public who aren't political junkies and have been outraged since before Meuller was appointed. The fact that Pelosi finally came around on impeachment for this issue means it will not fade like most of Trump's typical daily transgressions.

I'll take it, and hope that the attention to Ukraine issue will also make more folks aware of, and outraged by, Trump's other crimes.

9. I've read his first one and just got the second on audio.

Finished a book this morning, so Proof of Conspiracy is next up in my listening queue.

I think Seth was a little hard on the media in this thread. It was a brand new story, so a bit premature to critique the reporting on it. I just listened to MSNBC on my way back in to the office after lunch and their coverage sure seemed in line with what he's saying was revealed.

10. The media needs to hit this story hard..they also need to bone up on

how Impeachment works...I only listen to Rachel and Lawrence...and Seth has been beating this drum for a while now...seems the media is always playing catchup..they report "a little bit for the left, a little bit for the right"...an all day, no commercial day with all of lawyers, constitutional scholars, no pundits, would suit me just fine...but then, we have DU....
