Senator Sasse (R-NE) after reading the whistleblower complaint: "...Republicans ought not to be rushing to circle the wagons to say there’s no there there when there’s obviously lots that’s very troubling there..."

He says that the GOP shouldn't rush to declare that there's nothing there, because in his opinion, there's something there.

I didn't get that far. In the article I read about it, that part wasn't mentioned.

It's a bit of a contradiction. He's talking about the "terrible" stuff in the report, but heaven forbid that Trump face any consequences for it, I guess.

So...typical Sasse.

five decades. Each and everytime they have any type of Crisis,they march out some Guy that is or not up for reelection or is sitting in what is called a save set. Sasse will sell this new Narrative over the next 48 hrs. Plays great in Omaha.
