Hillyer would lose his job if he became anti-billionaire.
Same with Charen.
They are largely feeble-minded fools who have their jobs because theyre willing to say things that help billionaires politically. Its WAY harder for a liberal to get ahead in media, because they have to compete with a much larger pool. (Thats why liberal columnists are so much more insightful.)

I'm guessing this author is one of the extinct "traditional"-type modern Republicans from the old school that Trump crushed into dust. And his angle here is arguing we should go back to 2000, after Republicans stole the presidency but before they pushed us into a fake war or crashed the economy. He doesn't say what he wants to happen next (to the country--or anything), but I think it involves Mike Pence. :p
