What need to be done now, if not sooner;

1) Void Trump's Passport;
2) Seize all Trump assets (including foreign and domestic);
3) Place him under House Arrest (with an ankle monitor);
4) Seize all assets and passports of his children (foreign and domestic);
5) Seize all assets and passports of his cabinet (foreign and domestic);
6) Seize all assets and passports of his White House advisors (foreign and domestic);
7) Place all of persons under #'s 4,5 and 6 on house arrest (with ankle monitors).
8) Send him the bill for all his golf trips, stays at his properties, Secret Service protection, etc.;

These would be a great first step in restoring even a modicum of sanity to our country, but are far from exclusive.....

5. Silly?

We have watched him enrich himself, his family and fellow criminals
buried head first, to the shoulder and beyond, in the Public Trough f
or Three Years, while denying every violation of law. We have even
had to pay all of the attorney's dumb enough to work for him.

Who do you suggest we proceed?

Let the worms continue to crawl through the national treasury picking up
all the scraps they can while we are bogged down following the
suggestions of the likes of you?

I do respect the Rule of Law. But just where has it been for the last three
years? How many of our Law Enforcement, have bowed to the protected
orangeshitgibbon (I borrower shitgibbon from another DU poster, alas,
without advanced authorization to so) as seems to be the best nickname
for this soulless monster.

And you call my post silly?

That is the major flaw with the Rule of Law. I have to die before someone
murders me and my family has to hope people like you are smart enough
to MAYBE effectively prosecute the criminal. And the problem? I am still dead.
Denied my rights to ensure the legitimacy and continuation of the legal
money making machine designed only for the those that can afford to play.

Silly indeed.

Due process provides the necessary mechanism to
ensure the end of continued of "alleged" criminality, (quotes
added for the benefit of naysayers) as well as insuring the
"alleged" criminals attempts to flee are thwarted as the wheels
of Due Process, first undergoes needed "repairs" to the wheels
in order for move down the road and a normal pace. To do this
all of hobbling nails (appointments to the cabinet, the Federal
Agency's, the Federal Bench of fellow conspirators, big
donors, and other "potential criminals, etc.), to provided for an
transparent and fair representation of the all the facts.

LOCK THEM UP! WHILE WE STILL CAN!

This is predicated on the obsolete notion that no one is
above the law, not even the president.

The only reason MF45 hasn't been removed and arrested
is that the DOJ and the Senate Reeps have helped in his
obstruction.

Which is what would need to be done to do the things the OP wants.

The process exists to accommodate such actions taken against criminals
as the prosecutors build their case.

Remember Manafart? How about Cohen?

Just because they may not talk doesn't mean they can walk....

Get a grip.

Instead of assuming you have a clue. Make the attempt to approach people you don't know
absent your assumptions. You might learn there are divergent opinions just as valid as yours.

For a lifetime I have witnessed the well-to-do, like you seem to be, buy justice by the truckload.
Whereas, we, the too poor, can't afford justice period.

The Rule of Law, in your world, allows for murder, for rape, for mass-gun deaths, absent accountability
that is until you become a victim.

That's a lot of due process to bypass on your list, there. I don't think there is an authority that is empowered to do those things, really...
