If there is one thing we have confirmed without a doubt, when DJT wants something, he will ask for it with all of the ham handed subtlety of a mob boss.

I find myself grateful to the Ukrainians for resisting the pressure. I am not naive enough to believe that they did it out of the goodness of their hearts. But I am glad they resisted. If they had folded early on, we would be in a very different place. In an alternate universe, we could be dealing with reporting about how the Ukrainian government had reopened an investigation into Biden rather than the fiasco we actually see.

Which brings up the question for me. What else has he been asking for? Has he asked the Israelis to batter Democrats? Has he asked the Saudis to frame Iran?

And that is just oversees. What is he asking from domestic agencies, generals, officials, politicians, pundits etc.

Question everything.

One of the things I hate the most about this President is that he has turned me into a conspiracy theorists. I don't like to think this way but I have to.

Apparently there aren't many people in his administration who have the cojones to speak up - the whistleblower heard the "concerns" of a number of officials but he was the only one who came forward. What else was going on?
