Now that the votes to support it exists, I suspect that there will shortly be a vote to start a formal inquiry, granting appropriate authority and jurisdiction that until now has at least arguably been lacking. Because the subject matter spans a couple of committees, I'd expect it to be a "select" committee created just for this purpose.

I don't know if that will result in ALL of the Mueller report, but it should certainly help with some of the key areas of disagreement. Remaining arguments on the grand jury materials are pretty thin gruel at that point.
