from a foreign country is a crime by itself whether there is a "quid pro quo" or not. That is correct isn't it?

(1,035 posts)Trump asked a foreign leader to fabricate evidence of criminal activity by Hunter Biden, the only surviving son of his likely political opponent Joe Biden. Such evidence of wrong doing would undoubtably mean criminal charges would be brought against Hunter Biden by the Department of Justice headed by Attorney General William Barr. Trump used the power of his office as well as the Executive branch (and our tax dollars) to target and frame a political opponent's family member.
