(82,849 posts)Why, if I didn't know better, I might be inclined to think that these stalwart public servants are actively trying to avoid bad news. Is that really their notion of public service? Isn't it part of their job to confront and grapple with unpleasant developments? Do they feel no obligation to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution?

(8,203 posts)Mcsalley in AZ didn't..she said she doesn't have to..she can just go out walking around talking to people...this is why Mark Kelly is doing so well and the GOP is putting so much $$$$ into this race..we said NO to her when we voted in Sinema.and then Gov. Ducey appointed her to Mccains seat....that Kyl was keeping warm.....
