Grifting Ain't Easy

from the LA Times:

Is Sarah Palin on the outs at Fox News? You betcha, says New York magazine.

According to Fox-watcher Gabriel Sherman, Palin is in the early stages of renegotiating her lucrative contract as a contributor to the network, where she earns a reported $1 million a year for occasional guest appearances on shows like “On the Record” and “Hannity.”

Palin’s current deal makes her the network’s highest-paid contributor, but she may not be for much longer. The former vice-presidential candidate, hardly known for her thick skin, is reportedly miffed at the network for not giving her appearance top billing, even though she no longer draws ratings the way she once did.

No doubt it doesn’t help that Palin is quick to take her grievances public, as she did this week when three scheduled interviews were canceled by the network. ....................(more)

as long as they have..

They can hire another right wing bimbette for a lot less than her asking price..

She's of no value to them..

Hope she paid cash for all the goodies she;s been splurging on for the last 4 years.. her cash flow is over.. Maybe Glenn Beck will invite her to share his bubble

Recent photos of Palin have shown her hitting 50 and hitting it hard. Her face is widening, her waist disappearing, her hair coarsening, and this is undoubtedly with the addition of "fountain of youth" HRT to preserve what she has.

I almost feel sorry for her since she's always gotten by on her looks instead of her personality or brains. Almost. She's too much of a deadly enemy to all women for real sympathy.

However, this is one time ageism in media is working for us, it's ending her time in the spotlight and her access to microphones to hurt our ears with that voice.
