It was captioned something like: Bolton stands outside door of White House, because his key card wouldn’t let him enter.

They deactivated his key card before they told him he was fired! I’ll bet he was pissed!

Someone like Bolton doesn't take the time to document anything. Certainly doesn't take the time to understand the law well enough to write up an ironclad whistle-blower complaint. He's the Ron Swanson from hell.

with that said, I dont think he could have penned that complaint.
