They do everything they can to make the rich richer and the poor poorer and then wonder why those with no income are not paying taxes... Fucked up.

They say they can't (won't) hire unless people are spending.
People can't spend what they don't have.
Yet, Republicans want to tax people for money they don't have. WTF?

Ah... spend or be taxed.

Both parties do this for different goals.

The M$M, hate radio and political campaigns have trained them all as well as anything Pavlov could have thought of - and they hire guys like Luntz to massage that message down to the last comma - then string them together into speeches. Doesn't matter if they go together or not, the intended audience only needs to hear the certain words and phrases to be satisfied.

Just like my dog - I can say something about not giving her FOOD right now so we can take a RIDE to the post office and that's why we won't have time to stop at the park and play FRISBEE. She will be deliriously happy since she hears the words that she knows, but doesn't realize the context is actually a negative for her in a few ways.

(technically it's not negative because she's going to eat anyway and for her, nothing beats going for a ride in the beautiful simplicity that is her life - but you get my point)

to think that someone is always trying to put something over on him. I think that's partly because it helps him justify he sociopathic greed and lack of empathy and partly because HE'S always thinking of ways to put something over on everyone else, so it's easy to see the possibility.
