If he want as Trump's attorney and was reimbursed (that would be a miracle since Trump never reimburses), it was support the claim that Trump was trying to get dirt on a political opponent. If Rudy was reimbursed by government money, it's the most troubling of all, because then they are using tax money to get dirt on a political opponent.
