(43,049 posts)This may not be the greatest Democrat in DC, but he is representing his district and could easily be thrown out next year. Should we insist he commit suicide by endorsing impeachment when his vote may not be needed? The other 10 are pretty much in the same situation. Dem congress critters in red districts are an endangered species and should be protected, not hunted.
Except Tulsi. She changed to pro impeachment for a similar reason-- she is being primaried in a blue district.

If political expediency is allowed to dictate ethical and moral conduct or allegiance to the Constitution then they do not belong in any elected office. Stop being driven by Republican created memes. This will not be good for Trump. It will be good for the USA, for all people regardless of political affiliation.
