So, if the HOUSE votes to Impeach Trump.

That means he is impeached?

Then the Senate has to vote to Convict.

Whats the time frame, after the House has voted to impeach Trump.

(which just means they did an investigation and found he did bad shit). Then the Senate has to vote with a 2/3 majority to remove him from office. The problem is that Mitch McConnell runs the Senate so nobody knows whether or not he will try to drag out the vote.

Just thinking about things from McConnell's point of view, I suspect his path to keep the Senate Republican is easiest if Trump gets thrown out of office and Pence runs as the incumbent President. Trumps coattails are a hell of a lot shorter than Pence's.
