"He who rides a tiger dares not dismount". That is, I believe, an approximation of a bit of Chinese

wisdom. It came to mind as I read about Hannity promoting a theory that---who else?---George Soros funded the whistleblower report which is, of course, "a set-up".

I think people like Hannity started lying and, when they prospered because of it, just adopted lying as their modus operandi. One lie a day became two and then three and then they stopped counting. And, eventually, one day they woke up and realized that they HAD to tell more lies that day to distract people from the lies they told yesterday. If they stopped the flow of lies or even slowed the pace of the lies--- if they didn't keep the public off balance---people would begin to catch up to the truth.

And, that's how we wind up with people like Hannity and Giuliani and Trump.

They need to be knocked off their tigers and then---well---what happens happens.

Sooner of later they have to deal with themselves. Shepard Smith and Chris Wallace are the only real journalists there.
