A whistleblower report is not the same as a prosecution. Stating in a report that multiple parties told you something is NOT hearsay. You are giving an investigator information about potential witnesses (and other info) that can be checked out. Then, for example, those witnesses can be called in a court to testify and be cross-examined.
But then, Im pretty sure those Republicans trying to dismiss and diss this whistleblower already knew this...
