Even though the focus is supposedly just on the Ukrainian solicitation, it’s bound to end up including Obstruction, Campaign Finance violations, Extortion, Conspiracy, and other examples of Abuse of Power — just off the top of my head.

I understand the desire to Keep It Simple Stupid — partly for the benefit of the public and partly because sticking to one case gives the Republicans fewer choices of nits to pick.

However, if he’s buried in an avalanche of charges and evidence, it will be hard to fight.

Then again, I wonder also if the thinking is that we just want to badly wound Trump going into the 2020 election, and also avoid trying him on charges that are being prepared by the states (so he won’t be able to claim double jeopardy — whether or not that’s even a valid idea, he would surely try it).

I’m willing to trust the Democratic leadership to pursue this in a smart way. And I can only assume that they won’t sidestep glaring cases of misconduct as they arise, keeping in mind the points noted above.

2. Totally disagree. You tell too many stories you tell none.

Keep it simple and agreeable to most Americans.

Trump asked a foreign head of state to interfere in our election by manufacturing dirt on his biggest threat. While he was withholding badly need aid. And admitted it.

Anything else dirties the water.

Nixon was run for covering up a 3rd rate crime. Well, and his obstruction.

Remember this is not about removing him from office. Not happening. This is about setting up 2020.

4. I think you put as much dirt as you can find out there as long as it is true

Then you let law enforcement handle the crimes. Remember Trump is not the only fish to fry in this pond. Pelosi needs to put so much light on this that even if Trump is not impeached by the Senate he is left in shambles trying to explain all of the other illegal activities.

5. Let's start with William Barr and Rudi

Put them under oath and grill them with experienced prosecutors。if they lie one bit, prosecute them to the full extent of the law.

6. Don't forget Donald Corruption Trump's tax returns. Demand to see them.

If there is any illegal activity there. Let the prosecutors have the information of the illegal acts and let them proceed. But investigate it!
