...and these gangsters and traitors are about to turn on each other like a scene out of Night of the Living Dead. I remember Watergate well, and this will make that look like a church social. I, for one, can't wait to see who will be devoured. I strongly suspect that one of the chief munchies will be none other than Mike Pence, Vice President of the United States...(say that slowly. Our descendants are going to have trouble registering this fact. Even given the glittering Hall of Fame of former Veeps.) And that the chief feaster on his flesh will be his erstwhile master, the current President of the United States[sic!!]. In fact, it may well turn out that the ingestion of said Mr Pence may be the only pleasure Mr Trump gets out of the next few months. He would turn on Pence--indeed, on anybody--for the slightest perceived advantage to himself. In any event, the coming spectacle will be unprecedented in our history, so stock up on the popcorn now...

eta: It didn't occur to me but Pierce is right about Pence. It would be in Trump's character to severely resent Pence ascending to POTUS. Of course he'd want to pull the rug out from Pence's feet. Especially as Pence was standing there measuring the Oval for drapes.
