10. The Republican in my group

we were playing bridge when Pelosi announced Impeachment inquiry. My Trump loving friend said its dumb for Dems, I said you don't think he did anything wrong? She said both sides did bad stuff and she fears it will hit Pelosi in the face. I said "What will?" She got out like 3 words, one of which was "Biden". I went off "everyone who has looked at that think it is bunk, Hunter didn't join the Board until after the investigation which was closed in 2014 and Joe Biden was representing the whole western world wanted the prosecutor fired because he was a crook". She was stunned. She had obviously not heard anything about this. She tried to push back for a minute but finally stopped.

She won't be at Thanksgiving but I still have a few in my family who will. We have declared politics off limits (just since Trump) but two of the 5 have already declared they will not vote for him again. It will be interesting to see where the others are.
