Nancy Pelosi - An Unknown Quantity to Many

Our Speaker of the House always has some controversy surrounding her. She's typically a quiet person, and not a seeker of publicity and public exposure. She works quietly, unnoticed, and stealthily most of the time.

Speaker Pelosi shrugs off attacks from the opposition party, and even from fractious factions in her own party. They just roll off her shoulders. Meanwhile, she is finding ways to make things happen that are unexpected and surprisingly effective.

The Speaker doesn't mind if people dismiss her as "too old," "out of touch," or "no longer relevant." She just keeps working, networking with other Democrats, and biding her time until the time is right to strike.

She's awfully good at what she does. She continues to surprise people, doesn't she?

Those who are close to her know. Think of Detective Colombo.

She's in the top two or three greatest speakers in U.S. history when it comes to effectiveness, possibly #1. That's why the Republican right hates her and even people in our party hate her out of jealousy. She's smarter than they are. History will be kind to Speaker Pelosi.

#35

“Never seem to be in a hurry — hurrying betrays a lack of control over yourself, and over time. Always seem patient, as if you know that everything will come to you eventually. Become a detective of the right moment; sniff out the spirit of the times, the trends that will carry you to power. Learn to stand back when the time is not yet ripe, and to strike fiercely when it has reached fruition.”

Observed masterfully by Nancy Pelosi.

There's more, I'm quite certain. I'll bet someone's letting Trump know that, too. Things are beginning to move, and once they start moving, they'll probably move very quickly.

She ain't no "granny" by any means. She drowns Trump with the class he knows nothing about.
