I am just glad he had his cell phone video so he didn't end up in jail because that is exactly what would have happened otherwise. I could care less if it wasn't the "right" venue. That cop will now think twice about claiming someone is resisting arrest etc. next time.

When those in power abuse their power it takes guts to speak up. Neither of us will know for sure exactly what happened but that commissioner felt abused by someone using their power and he had a right to speak his mind just like a rape victim would in a similar setting.
