The president is a ten year old.

In watching Trump since before and after he became president, I have wondered how much of his lies does he know are lies and how much of it is delusion? After reading the transcript of of the phone call with president Zelinsky, I have come to the conclusion that Trump has the reasoning of a spoiled ten year old. That explains all of his actions. That explains why he told Zelinsky that he wanted him to investigate the Bidens even though there were maybe a dozen people listening to the conversation taking notes. Everything he does is justified because he is the victim. He believes everything he hears or reads from Fox News or right wing web-sights like a child who believes everything his mother tells him.

He should have been removed through the 25th amendment a long time ago, but the problem is that it would have depended on people that he nominated. We need a new amendment with a better procedure.

What we are left with is impeachment and probably an election, since the Senate is not likely to convict him.

to the extent that is true, it is then poetic justice that the event which precipitated his impeachment was his pursuit (in a grossly corrupt and entirely demanding of impeachment fashion) of a bullshit right wing conspiracy theory from those/similar sources.

The Constitution provides ways to remove unfit leaders, but it never anticipated that a majority of Congress would aid and abet an unfit leader.
