1. We could call it insanity...

Simply because, what has worked for Trump before won't necessarily keep on working. In fact, what might be comforting about this whole mess is that one could pretty much expect him to expect his tactics to fly.

He has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar now, so to speak. This is a matter of national security, although his other offenses still stand out as egregious, no matter how he has managed to deflect them with fallacies.

When it comes to committing a serious crime like betraying the country, none of his rhetoric about what he pretends to have done for America, (which is really the opposite of what he HAS DONE to America) or about elections and pointing to other people will exonerate him in the mess he has created. All of that just pours more grease onto the slope he is sliding down.

This is going to be interesting, especially because, if he realizes the above and is able to admit it, we may see some seriously troubling and reckless behavior before this is over. Or, we may see something unexpected, like a resignation. To me, it's a tossup.

I think that we are seeing this shift from manufacturing consent and fashioning opinions to a matter of the law itself. That is the what matters now.

Trump's latest foray into criminal and traitorous activity has made that evident. This would be a good time to retreat, be quiet and even strategize, but no, keep he just keeps blasting at it and makes it stand out like a sore thumb. It's like the opposite of Sun Tzu: Dumb You, The Art of Incriminating Yourself.

So, the Ghoul is really on a fool's mission, but then, he is being quite a fool right now, too. I wouldn't want him as my lawyer for any reason, yet, there he is throwing lots of gasoline on the fire and representing Trump. If this keeps up, it would be great to see them both on the hot seat during a long, drawn out impeachment trial. It would give them something else to do.

He is really helping us in that sense. To that I say, great job Rudy, by all means, please keep going! Trump doesn't even have the sense to change you out with a good lawyer. That's a big mistake.
