She seems to be precisely on point right now. She struck at a time that let everything focus on a particularly lame Trumpism, and it looks like there's much more to discover coming up.

Nancy Pelosi is our most experienced House member in many ways. She knows how Congress works. She understands national politics. She gets it. It's just that simple.

Trump is in full panic mode, which means he's more likely than ever to do stupid things that hurt himself.

In my opinion, there is nobody who could handle this situation better than the distinguished House member from California right now.

Just say "Nay" to "Naysayers."

She put the right committee in charge right now. The Intelligence committee because this crime comes under that umbrella. Then she plans to move all findings from the various committees to the Judiciary which is in line to bring impeachment charges, and that's the proper committee.

In more colorful terms, Pelosi stood in front of a firey shitstorm while waiting for Trump to impeach himself and for the public to recognize and support the need to impeach. She protected the most vulnerable of her House with her stance. That very stance created its own storm which increased public awareness and further increased the informing of the public. Even the noise of those who opposed her helped accomplish the rousing of the electorate.

She could be retired and relaxing with her family. We are lucky to have her experience, knowledge, skill, and toughness while we face an existential threat to our democracy.
