Crack In the Fox (News)? "Trump acted alone in withholding the aid over the summer."

Fox News has learned that the Pentagon, State Department and National Security Council were “unanimous” in supporting the aid to Ukraine, and that Trump acted alone in withholding the aid over the summer.

Mike Pence called Ukraine's president to praise fight against "corruption" days after US sent aid
Pence spoke to Zelensky over the phone on Sept. 18, six days after the aid package was released under bipartisan pressure, and a little more than two weeks after he and then-national security adviser John Bolton met with the Ukrainian president during a visit to Poland.

Not sure if Fox is abandoning tRump, knowing that ship is going down, but then smoothing over Trump's foreign policy surrogate, Mike Pence.

Then there's the earlier involvement of Pence, who must surely have been confused AS TO WHY his trip was being canceled at the last minute.
