... and a very talented doctor.
NO after-effects. Got urinary control...erections...the whole thing.
Took my prostate out through a small incision about 3 inches below my breastbone...they take the scenic route.
It's a fucking miracle.
That was 10 years ago, and the cancer is GONE.

This is my doc making and flying a paper airplane with the robot.

Why the scenic route?
You could turn this into a thread by itself.
(My old DH is now having problems in that area.)

And some small stab wounds.
They do it that way so they don't hit nerves and arteries and like that. It's anatomically sensible. Just push everything out of the way and pearl-dive.
Look into the Da Vinci first. If they radiate, they can't cut.
