Birth Tourism From Russia to Florida

this maybe old news but there has been an influx of Russian women giving birth in the US.

1. I don't get the point....the Chinese have been doing this for years.

2. There were 3 families that did this 2 years ago in my small apartment complex.

A fourth couple were the minders. All the women arrived pregnant with other children and their husbands, had their babies and left about 1 to 2 weeks later. They each rented their own apartments (30 days at a time or more).
There may be a new family doing the same thing now, the neighbors aren't sure yet.

I will say, each family did not care well for their small children either. One child was found by the pool alone, couldn't have been more that 2 and another was found trying to crawl on the railing on the second floor. No adult around. Both times a neighbor found these kids and gave the parents a piece of her mind.

They also leave toys and clothes all over the complex. It's annoying but more importantly those children don't seem to be well cared for.
