If Trump escapes conviction in the Senate...
with the help of McConnell blocking it in some way and I was Speaker Pelosi I wouldn't invite Trump to deliver the SOTU address in the house chamber which would be a let down for him in an election year. He could submit it in writing and have a House clerk deliver it to a half-empty chamber.
