He talks about suing everyone. He rarely succeeds. He doesn't have a leg to stand on.

he doesn't know what a nuisance suit is? Being the best nuisance ever, in all of history, he really should know that.

I just thought of something. I am no lawyer or expert on the Constitution, but...

If Nancy Pelosi is acting as a representative of government wouldn't she be personally immune to his lawsuit and wouldn't he then have to file his lawsuit against the Government of the United States? Trump vs. US?

I mean, he is already the epitome of "verses the US", but this seems rather fallacious and circular in a way.

I wish more people would bring that up!

Trump's lawsuit: DONALD J. TRUMP VS. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

That would be great! I urge him to go for it. It would make great bumper stickers and memes, etc.

So, it would have to be circular logic...or a circular lawsuit? His existence is always begging the question.

It really rests, as usual, on the fact that he doesn't have the slightest idea what he is talking about.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
Nancy Pelosi today, on @GMA , actually said that Adam Schiffty Schiff didn’t fabricate my words in a major speech before Congress. She either had no idea what she was saying, in other words lost it, or she lied. Even Clinton lover @GStephanopoulos
strongly called her out. Sue her?

He seems to be on a roll of extreme and reckless stupidity. I'm actually waiting for him to start accusing the US of interfering in foreign elections, giving examples, as proof "everyone does it!"

In civil cases, depositions can be fairly wide ranging. And they are testimony under oath.

Nancy's response: "Throw me into that briar patch."
