Is it an affectation? Is it because he had trouble speaking/reading as a child? Was he taught phonics to "sound-out" words with looong and exaggerated syllables (also exaggerated facial/mouth movements).

speed snorting has caused his body to retain water. So surprised he has not dropped over from a heart attack looking like that.
