WASHINGTON (Reuters) - One of the two Florida businessmen who helped U.S. President Donald Trump’s personal attorney investigate his political rival, Democrat Joe Biden, also has been working for the legal team of a Ukrainian oligarch who faces bribery charges in the United States, according to attorneys for the businessmen and the oligarch.

Lev Parnas, one of the two associates of Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, served as a translator for lawyers representing oligarch Dmytro Firtash. Parnas was arrested on Thursday along with the other Florida businessman, Igor Fruman, on unrelated charges that included illegally funneling $325,000 to a political action committee supporting pro-Trump candidates.

Both men had worked in an unspecified capacity for Firtash before Parnas joined the Ukrainian’s legal team, according to a person familiar with the Florida men’s business dealings with Firtash.

The Floridians’ connection to indicted oligarch Firtash injects an intriguing new character into the rapidly unfolding drama surrounding the effort to impeach Trump.

I was just wondering how and when the Dump klan got interested in using Ukraine. Obviously it was about smearing Biden but Putin may have also been involved in referring the klan to some of the crooks like Firtash & friends left over from the corrupt Yanukovich kleptocracy. Maybe Putin wants to unload the 2020 election hacking job onto lesser known subordinates.

2. I heard a report that Firtash is the oligarch who provided fake Biden dirt to Giuliani

When Giuliani was on Stephanopols's tv program and showed a bunch of papers that were supposed to hold "proof" of Biden being dirty, the information contained was reported as being supplied by Firtash.

Firtash is now in Vienna battling extradition to the U.S. Vienna is where the two goofballs were going before they were arrested. And Giuliani was supposed to be leaving for Vienna right after them. Sounds like a meetup to plot more fake dirt.

I read Firtash is just a funnel for Russian money to effect change to benefit Russia.
Putin will do anything to get rid of the sanctions and associated loss in income.
To me just look how any of these shenanigans effect Putin and sanctions.. and the money..
