It was George Conway being interviewed by Preet Bharrara. Just google "Stay tuned with Preet" and listen to what Conway has to say about Trump. Very interesting.

(14,974 posts)but he's married to one of the key people in Trump's campaign and administration (and when politely queried on that point he quickly cut off that line of inquiry) and also he is a Federalist Society puke who cared more about the wacko federal judges and SCOTUS justices which Trump and McConnell have put in place than whether or not Boofer Brett tried to rape a teenage girl. Indeed George Conway was a proactive party in lobbying/pressuring GOP Senators to confirm KKKavs. So fuck that guy.
Plus his analysis of Trump was kind of facile and obvious. People have been talking about Trump and narcissism forever. He even admitted he first got the idea from a New Yorker article. I suppose most people have never bought a DSM-V from Amazon or wherever like Genius George, so that is a feather in his cap -- but it is not like he actually ran through the diagnostic criteria during the interview so the listener is still left having to take the word of George Fucking Conway. Welp...
I think everyone SHOULD listen to this interview/podcast on the chance that it provides them further insight into the pathology that is Donald Trump and why such pathology is inappropriate in a POTUS. I just hope people don't take away from that experience that George Conway is anything remotely admirable in any way.

(497 posts)What he wrote in his op-ed and said in on the podcast was so interesting. I wonder if he feels that it may only be a matter of time before his wife may be called on to testify in the impeachment hearings.
