What to do when someone digs in and doxxes you?

It happens. As it happens, it's very easy to figure out who I am, since I don't make any real effort to be anonymous on the Internet. So, I wasn't really surprised when, one day, I got an email from someone who apparently didn't care for my political opinions. The email consisted only of a photo of my house, from Google street view, and an obscene comment. I think I was supposed to be frightened by that, for some reason.

The person who sent it to me wasn't all that bright, though, since he used his normal email to send the photo to me. Here's how I responded:

Hi [name],

I see you've located my house. That's very clever of you. Please feel free to drop by, and I'll offer you a cup of coffee and some conversation. Do let me know in advance when you'll be visiting, though, so I can make sure to be home. Thanks!

Oddly enough, the sender never replied to my reply, nor did he ever drop by for that free coffee.

There's no point, really, if you're active in your real and online life. It's just too easy to find people.

letter he sends out. I have to give him an address, though, of where to send it. Usually, that's not difficult to find. I haven't had to do that for quite a long time, though.

There's a guy in Colorado, though, who might be getting one before long.

I understand what you're saying, but I don't take such things that seriously. I'm not that concerned about internet bullies, to tell you the truth.
