The Bahamas had 20 to 25 feet of water over parts the islands, God only know how many were washed out to
sea, they had a category 5 hurricane turning their homes into rubble, good people tried to flee to the U.S. to
work and rebuild their lives until their homes and nation was rebuilt, and yet Trump blocked them because they
were "gang members and drug dealers" w/out the proper ID. You spend days hanging onto a palm tree or some-
thing or other and holding onto a family member to keep from being washed out to sea as your house is being
destroyed and you were supposed to go find your passport and visa too at the same time?

We could had let them into the US and simply cross checked their names and addresses to Bahamian
government computer files and or phone book listings. We could had given them temporary IDs and let them
work here for a year or so (they would no doubt had been great employees) but Trump blocked them because
they were black.
