Something that has occured to me about the call between Trump and Zelinsky.

Since Trump has tried to extort information out of the Ukrainians, how can we trust any information that comes from them. Why wouldn't they just put out whatever they think Trump wants to hear. I haven't heard this explained from any of the mainstream news media. What they might do, is just pretend to investigate until Trump is out of office and then drop it saying there was nothing there.

1. Our terrible president has put Zelensky in a terrible position.

No matter what he does, he risks antagonizing the lunatic Trump.
Zelensky has to think about the good of his country (Trump doesn't care about OUR COUNTRY).
We shouldn't blame Z, but nothing he says can really be relied on as he's being extorted.

2. I think that is why even the most sycophantic Media have given litle attention to Zelinsky's denial

that they were "blackmailed" or "pushed." Somehow victims of Stockholm Syndrome don't have the same credibility when describing their "captors."
