Syria: Why did Trump do this, that's the question that must be answered.

Trump knew what would happen when he made this decision. When Trump made this decision he said this, ISIS will go back to their countries in Europe. Why would he say that? Why would he want that to happen?

Yes, it was a crazy, stupid decision, but Trump had a reason for doing it.
