Am reacting to the possible layer of implication that Chris would have some kind of principle or integrity causing him to leave.

He's never been that scrupulous to be separate from the wingnut side of things.

I believe that he knew from an early age he couldn't match his father's status (daddy was a jerk, too) at the big networks. Like O'LOOFAH and Brit HUME, so they all became big fish in the (then) small pond of the Faux Propaganda Network, where they could have the big titles and most of the cash as at the really big networks.

So if MURDOCH ditches him for SHITLER's sake, it will just be another petty mob hit on SHITLER's belt.
