And they are.
This kook didn't even wait for the White House and Congress to react.

‘God Had Had Enough’: Chris McDonald Says God Killed Rep. Elijah Cummings for Opposing Trump
By Kyle Mantyla | October 17, 2019 11:56 am

Right-wing commentator and radical conspiracy theorist Chris McDonald streamed a special edition of his “The MC Files” program this morning in response to the news that Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings had died. McDonald and his guest, Maryland pastor Stacey Shiflett, spent the entire program attacking Cummings as corrupt, unbiblical, and ungodly, and asserting that God had taken his life because of his opposition to President Donald Trump.

Festering hate and vileness. I know Patreon has policies against hate speech, if he's on there, he needs to be reported.

And these hypocrites will be the first to scream bloody murder when one of their loathsome bunch dies and everyone isn't immediately and sufficiently reverent.

The right wing commentators don't know anything outside of their bubbles. I keep thinking some of them would 'get it' sooner or later. Doesn't ever happen though. What's absolutely hilarious is the notion that they somehow have some sort of special connection to God. Hypocrisy knows no bounds. I blocked FOX from my channel lineup log ago because I could so easily see how blatantly hypocritical they are. The weird thing is that right wing commentators actually believe their own bs. Scary for sure.

Corruption (on a massive and international scale) and hate are what we are up against.

2016 exit poll question: "White born-again or evangelical Christian?"

Yes: 26%
Voted:
Trump: 80%
Clinton: 16%
Other / No answer: 4%

No: 74%
Voted:
Clinton 60%
Trump: 34%
Other / No answer: 6%

If none of the "white evangelical Christians" had voted, Clinton would've also won the "white vote" by about 5.5%. Instead, she lost that voting bloc by about 20% due to Trump's overwhelming victory among the so-called born-again white Christians.

In my opinion, once a person starts accepting what they WANT to believe in a particular aspect of their thinking, it's easier for them to accept other ideas that they also WANT to believe to be true.

Jesse Lee Peterson on the Passing of Rep. Elijah Cummings: ‘That’s What Happens When You Mess With The Great White Hope’
By Kyle Mantyla | October 17, 2019 3:48 pm

On his radio program today, right-wing commentator and pastor Jesse Lee Peterson responded to the news that Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings had died by declaring “that’s what happens when you mess with The Great White Hope,” which is the term he uses to describe President Donald Trump.
