There is really nothing left to discuss. There is nothing left to be decided except HOW we get

Trump out of the White House (and into a cell).

Beyond saying that I'm in favor of whatever would get rid of him the quickest, I don't care how it is done. But, we are well past the "What should we do?" point and are idling in place at the "Do what every sane person knows needs to be done!" point.

Stop the bleeding.

going to the Senate. We have a whole raft of 2020 candidates sworn to beat trump. We have people working to replace Repubs in Congress.

"Do what every sane person knows needs to be done!" What else do you suggest?

likely. That means another year of destruction IF we win the 2020 election AND can force him to surrender power.

It has long amazed me that we almost unanimously admire, respect and applaud the people of Gdansk or Hong Kong or wherever when they take to the streets and bring business as usual to a halt for days or weeks at a time in order to oppose corrupt leaders and demand change, but here, in the world's largest democracy, such overt action is "extreme" or "naive" or "so Sixties".

Maybe such action is all we have left. Can we really still believe that all we have to do is "keep our powder dry" and "things will work out"?

As long as reTHUGS are willing to go down with him impeachment is still a viable, although more
time-consuming process. Impeachment will be very damaging to all reTHUGS and the party as a corrupt institution. If I can figure that out then so can they.
