MSNBC chyron: "House Dems zero in on "abuse of power" impeachment focus"

Discussing it right now. Speaker Pelosi feels it needs to be "very targeted" without a broad narrative. May or MAY NOT include emoluments and obstruction details from Mueller report, but the "overarching element" is abuse of power, largely via Ukraine.

For the refusal to comply with subpeonas and turn over documents.

An article for endangering national security could also be included for both Ukraine and Syria, as well as an article for the statutory violation of campaign finance law.

All could be included in articles of impeachment in addition to an omnibus article for abuse of power.
