I know you say Daniel Dale (a reporter for CNN) - but where did he get it? Did Trump say this in some public forum? Was this from a tweet from Trump? Was this something that someone else heard Trump say and they told it to this Daniel Dale? Is there a recording of this from some video? How can we be sure that this is something that Trump really said?

(Note: It sounds like something Trump would say - but is there any kind of back-up proof that this is something that actually came from the mouth of Trump?).
