...which would imply that after 15 minutes he was no longer attending the meeting (at least mentally, although that cutoff was probably more line 15 seconds), but nope, looks like 45 to me.

discovered that Trump couldn't follow content rendered in blocks of text, not even short blocks. So they tended to present things in bullet points. But even bullet points couldn't hold his attention.

most positive when it's triggered by element of the briefing suggesting something was heard, if not actually paid attention to or believed.
