That does not follow Russias rules about who gets to produce how much. And since Russia has nukes that it can feed to its surrogates, Russia now controls the worlds oil. The attacks on Saudi Arabia were a warning. Putin now controls world oil prices.

We've been actively engaged in the region since the 2003 invasion of Iraq and can anyone objectively say that it is better now than it was prior to our invasion? Could you say that at any point in the past 16 years?
