Vice President Mike Pence and Mick Mulvaney being drawn into Bill Taylor's testimony

Rep. Dina Titus, a Democrat from Nevada, said, “You can see how damning this is.”

Titus said, “This certainly makes it pretty clear what was going on. And it was a quid pro quo.”

The account reaches to the highest levels of the administration, drawing in Vice President Mike Pence and Trump’s acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, and slices at the core of the Republican defense of the administration and the president’s insistence of no wrongdoing.

It also lays bare the struggle between Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton and those who a previous State Department witness described as the “three amigos” — Sondland, Energy Secretary Rick Perry and special envoy Kurt Volker— who were involved in the alternative Ukraine policy vis-a-vis Russia.

It’s illegal to seek or receive contributions of value from a foreign entity for a U.S. election.

GRAVELY NEEDED ASSISTANCE

Taylor described an urgent need for the military aid. He and Volker went to the front lines in northern Ukraine shortly after the July 25 call, where Russian-backed forces were fighting, to get a briefing from the commander of forces there. The commander there thanked them for the security assistance. “But I was aware that this assistance was on hold, which made me uncomfortable,” he said. He noted more than 13,000 Ukrainians had been killed. And more “undoubtedly” would die without the U.S. assistance.

When Vice President Mike Pence met with Zelenskiy on Sept. 1, Zelenskiy asked almost immediately about the security aid, Taylor said he was told. - Bellefontaine Examiner

So then VP Mike Pence had the July 25th call transcript given to him on July 26th by his aide who listened in on tRump's phone call, then those notes were also added to his notes to discuss with Zelensky in Poland, AND Zelensky immediately raised the 'hold up of military aid during his meeting with VP Mike Pence?'

WAIT! From a guy who regularly shares meals one-on-one with tRump and is one of tRump's two foreign policy guys not to have known of the extortion is completely implausible.

How many ways to Sunday was Mike Pence made aware of the hold up of military aide tied to "corruption" and how many other instances were there, yet he didn't direct these crimes to the FBI?
