...or we would not have video of him entering. Whose camera shot the video of him entering?

It appears to me to be cellphone camera videos based on the angles of many of the clips. It also appears several Congressman are filming as they enter the area.
It's also interesting that the Republicans brought electronic devices into areas that are supposed to be secure. I guess they really don't care about national security, just acting out with silly stunts.

I could not find a US Representative by that name in a Google search, so I have no idea who he is or why he was in the SCIF.
