Ari Melber on MSNBC is laying out the Bribery case

Bribery is an explicit reason for impeachment. It's written in the impeachment clause of the Constitution.

What the President did was clear bribery... allowing funding to go through for a favor.

A recent SCOTUS case says bribery happens without the favor happening (i.e. quo is not required to commit Bribery).

The evidence is so damning, it wouldn't go to Trial... the guilty party would likely always plea.
