In 2016 Hillary Clinton and her campaign were working with corrupt actors in the Ukraine
in order to frame Vlad Putin and Russia that they were trying to rig the Americans elections
and that Hillary or her people had her email server which contained tons of evidence of her
crimes/corruption smuggled out of America and sent to these corrupt actors in the Ukraine
where it remains hidden to this day. Bill Barr, Rudy, and others have been traveling or calling
around the world in order to find evidence of this conspiracy which has falsely ensnared in
the Trump and others in this conspiracy.

Really, these guys are working overtime to clear their good buddy, Putin. Once it's proven - or an argument can be made - that Russia had nothing to do with the attack on our 2016 election to help Trump and hurt Clinton, then the sanctions can be lifted and the billions of dollars of oil money begin to flow again, with millions going into the pockets of Vlad and the oligarchs.

This explains Trump's bizarre statement in Helsinki that he believes Putin over the findings of every one of the U.S. intelligence agencies.

Russia can then argue in the International Court of Justice that the illegal U.S. sanctions cost it billions of dollars in lost profit over the past three years, and bring a case to recover the money - plus interest - all to be paid by the American taxpayers.

Of course, that's just as much of a conspiracy theory as the one the RW is pursing. The difference is Trump has the power of the Justice Department working overtime to pursue its version. With millions of dollars at stake, there's a lot of motivation to get the sanctions lifted.
