Food poison? My ass, Roger Stone!

He said he had to leave his jury selection pre trial because he had food poisoning! Really, where did he? Trump Hotel? These slimy POS's really take the cake and it doesn't have to be chocolate cake either!

Does the Criminal (oops - innocent until found guilty) have to be in the courtroom for the juror selection?
